After logging in, you'll see an overview of your orders. Click "Request Return" for your desired order and then select the products you'd like to return.
After we have approved your request via email in the next step, you can send the returned items to the address mentioned in the approval email.
Please check your spam folder. The return approval email may not be in your primary inbox.
- Returns that are not registered via our returns portal will not be processed
- The return period is 14 days from receipt of the goods
- Return costs are borne by the buyer
- The buyer is responsible for the risk of loss of the returned item. We therefore recommend only insured shipping to avoid complications.
- Defective goods, perfume smell, dirt, etc. will not be accepted
For orders with a total value of over 100€ our online shop offers free shipping (within Germany).
To minimize abuse of our return policy, the following rule applies:
The final value of the goods retained after any returns must exceed the amount of 100€.
If, after a partial return, the total value of the goods retained by the customer falls below €100, we reserve the right to subsequently retain the shipping costs originally waived. The amount of the shipping costs is based on our shipping rates valid at the time of the order.
We recommend that our customers contact our customer service before returning goods to clarify any confusion regarding the return and associated shipping costs.

You can refer to the measurements in the product description. We generally recommend the length 138cm to 1.68m and 145cm beyond that. However, this can change depending on the clothing size.
